About the Project:
MD Anderson Cancer Center Children’s Art Project wanted to improve turnaround time, simplify ordering and reduce waste on the production of their greeting cards. ImageSet created a digital print-on-demand workflow using its web-to-print technology and an online ordering system.
ImageSet was also asked to help increase program sales. A targeted campaign of direct mail and email were developed and monitored online with a campaign dashboard to tracks sales conversions in real time.Download Customer Experience

Turnaround time reduced from 3 weeks to less than 5 business days. Customers can place their own orders online, have options to personalize the greeting, customize the message, add color photos and see a live preview of their card. Increase in total orders can be attributed to the marketing campaign efforts.
